I'm not sure if I like the eyes matching the transparent elements on the hat. I do like they they blend in with Nehrua's eyes, and perhaps would add to the alien concept if I were to pretend they were also eyes, but I think maybe making the hat lights match the torso lights might emphasize the three eyes better? I do love how you used the chains in different ways. I might have to free up some from older MOCs to play around with.
i hope you don't change the foot design, cause that piece has always looked alien and skeletal to me, it just looks way to fitting for a custom to replace it.
