Omega was the last one trying to keep up some sort of sense with their lineup. But these C-Kadett Coupes are pure joy to look at, fast and nimble little beasts.

The Opel Kadetts shown in this video are built on the 'Tcar' platform, so if you can find a Chev Chevette then it'll have an identical chassis. All you need then is a driveline and suspension kit from Germany, a fettled chev ECOTEC motor on quad 45mm throttles and some wide arches. Sorted :P
Thanks for pointing me to this video! I am in love with this car... I am in the United States so I'd imagine it would be relatively hard to get one of these over here due to safety regulations. Might have to settle for a Datsun 510!

What country are you in, as most of these cars use an engine based on the Opel/Vauxhall/Holder XE2.0 engine. this was developed for vauxhall by Cosworth Engineering in the UK in the mid '89s and was even used as late as the WTCC Cruzes, one of which won the Championship in 2010 or 2011 - the last year they used the 2 litre. This engine is still very popular (I've 3 in mostly stock tune) and you should find many tuners on the internet. Gearboxes, differentials, etc, the same.

Take a rather short circuit with many turns and I think a V8 supercar for example won't be able to dominate clearly. You also have a hard time against these Opel Kadetts in hillclimb competition if you drive a Porsche GT3-RS or similar. But one has to say there are a few Kadett expert pilots who get the full 100 % out of their cars.
