Undoubtedly they are more civilised than us. You will not find them fighting with each other to get in line etc. Even when it comes to basics, like waiting for LPG gas, people politely form a queue. There are many vendor-less road-side stalls, where vegetables, fruits and other goods are displayed for sale, with their prices written next to them. All you have to do is pick up what you want, put the money in a box and leave. You can even take change back from the box yourself. And the owner comes to the stall at the end of the day to collect the money and he never sees a loss.I wish whole country will become like this someday.
Thank God you compared it with hyd coz here in Ludhiana people usually use horn 10 times hyd I think I should really leave the Punjab and buy a home in Mizoram I'm really in love with it
Zoey Chhakchhuak No bro but I'll visit there after completing my education. I really like Mizoram coz it's a peaceful place while our state is all about making noise. Also you people looks good 😉. tell me brother will they accept a north indian between them ?
Here from shilling and after all mizoram is one of the top literate state in India and that is how literate people drive without being hooligans unlike other states
Mizoram is the most discipline state all over in India.. There's no road rage in Mizoram. You hit a car or scratch the car accidentally in a traffic then both the parties will park their vehicle on the side of the road (no traffic jam scenes) and they will have a gentleman talk and part away with mutual understanding. Sometimes for small issues like scratches, dent.. they just forgive you and let you go.. No screaming, no shouting, nno "Tu janta nahi mera baap kon hai", no " Bc", no "MC".. They don't even need a traffic cop to handle the situation, most of the small accidents are settled down by themselves..say sorry to one another, shake hands and go your own ways.
Everyone respect each other not like other state they r very polite mizo people and they have Avery gud traffic working so hard full fill responsibility with humble nice to visit
I presently live in Sagar madhya pradesh, the road of this city is not much bigger than Aizawl city road, means almost same in sizes. Sagar is not a metropolitan city but vehicle horn is given every second from 9a.m to 10p.m and the entire vehicle keep their light at high beam, its too much difficult to ride at night. This kind of noise and light pollution is not depend upon the size of the city, its depend upon the behaviour, etiquette of the people living.
It's pretty fascinating to see people follow lane discipline in India. I hope other cities in the country take this as an example and strictly adhere to the traffic laws of the state. Good stuff from the people of Aizawl
In Mizoram they give horn only in emergency... It show manner and respect each other...😇 if you give horn many times people will stare at you and tell you how stupid you are... 😂 Also when people want to cross the road vehicle are stop😘
This video proves that a place is not beautified by high rise buildings but the character of people living there. Hyderabad is nothing but UPGRADED SLUMS! Despite the average progress we have made, people CONTINUE TO STAY UNCIVILISED! the honking is so horrible - basic manners are missing. I hear sounds even at 4am! It's such a shame to see ppl honking to glory even while riding fancy cars or bikes. We understand that Hyd has a bunch of scoundrels but at least they should have respect for the vehicle's image! In India (excluding civilised places like Aizawl), uncivilised humans are the biggest menace. Street dogs are far behind!
Yes but Hyderabad people Atleast talk with respect and calmness. Not like other north cities. Ask any northeast person they would choose Hyderabad than any other north state.

Government should force the car makers sold in India to limit the horns upto certain decibels. Or ban honking on roads that has more than two lanes.
Aizawl drivers are civilized 👍🏼
