Actually you listed the Classics Illustrated #43 as the #10 Four Color #159 again. I won't update any more mistakes.
Loll love the “Bob Kane” air quotes. It is interesting, how the greatest superhero and possibly the greatest IP of all time was “created” (or at least first conceived) by one of the most nefarious individuals of all time.
