it was way nicer 70,000 people ago, most of us multi generation natives wish all you transplants would go back to wherever you came from. the town used to have less than 5,000 residents and it was phenomenal!
Run the other way 🤣 all the crime is coming in from Greeley AKA bad crime spot ! Ha cheep for whom 🤣! I’ve lived here for 42 years and never seen so many drugs and bad people coming in !!!!

Looks like all the comments are saying how it's gone downhill recently. I would say the last 5 years have been dropping like a rock!
1800-2200 for a one bedroom Aparment 2000-2800 for a two bedroom a single person won’t be able to pull it off .
The downtown can't stay active, stores keep closing and new ones trying to work out. One business closed before I noticed it was there.
Loveland is so run down
Compared to what? The downtown area seems to have a lot of new places…
