She wasn’t, she was glad the man she chose to have kids with didn’t purposefully drug the kid I would be relieved too…but the reason she’s so mad is because it wasn’t the kid was supposed to be watched by the lady and he was working, he brought his kid over to the house of the woman he was cheating with and left the son unattended to get into drugs…to me if my child died because a friend said they would watch our child while my husband worked I would be less mad at my husband than If he was screwing someone when it happened, instead of leaving our child with me bringing him over to her house and that’s the reason he died…I feel like THAT is the reason it hit harder, it wasn’t an accident that was under the friends watch, it was under his watch during an act of betrayal…he could have screwed her and not taken the child to be completely unattended
My kids are fine and happy as ever how u judge base on a edited tv show but real results nd my children come before me so to judge a stranger is crazy to me

The girlfriend seems more concerned about him cheating then the fact that their children died in his care. The way she ran over to him to hug him after he passed the first part of the test is insane; whether he gave the baby the drugs or not is irrelevant. What’s relevant is that he took the baby in that environment in the first place. And the girlfriend seems more upset that he cheated on her than that he is responsible for how her baby died from a drug overdose. That’s insane. The poor grandmother is more sensible than any of them. She should try to get custody if she can because neither of them are prepared to raise children.
We all know Steve story was accurate, this guy was strung out, messing with that woman, and forgot he had kids there. Thankfully, they were able to bring the baby back.
So for twelve hours children didn't eat any food or given any drink? It doesn't make sense? This story doesn't add up water.

My husband worked 2 weeks on 2 week off, on call for the city of Crockett roads maintenance. He worked at least 36 hours in a row, 2-3 times. I took him sandwiches, coffee, and Little Debbies at 3am a few times. 😊

Usually two ways something like that happens - either it’s passed through breast milk, or more likely for older children someone is smoking it (I would assume off tinfoil) and the child inhales second hand smoke. Well those are the two ways that it happens inadvertently as opposed to the even worse psychos who intentionally dose kids (cocaine sometimes being used as a numbing agent for kids with teething pains)

One judge in TX always makes conditions of release include no unsupervised contact with ANY minors. In this case, the mom, the gf, can’t qualify as supervisors. And people like grandma can, but obviously won’t because her priorities are with the child. I it’s genius bc if you have a drug problem and every around you ignores it, no one is making the child a priority and they will 100% get hurt and/or die.

With how deadly fentanyl poisoning is why was he only charged with misdemeanor child abuse. And the paramedics had to revive him. I'm a recovering addict. I've been sober for many years now. The way that man talks (very slow to almost slurring) he is doing some type of substance. That's just my opinion. Like I said with me being a former addict, I know one when I see one. On this show I see one.
