@@shaylahaveryoates It depends. We went once for 2 weeks, rented a car, and drove everywhere. That's the best way to see everything - rent a car and see things at your own pace. However, if you're visiting only for a few days, it might be easier to base yourself in Reykjavik and take a couple of day trips on tours. If you have the means of driving yourself, I would totally do that!
Beautiful video.. I can't wait to head to Iceland which is on my to do list next year.. Did you do the tours by yourself or had some kind of tour packages to different areas you went
@mitp2514 Thank you! In this case, we did group tours that took us out for the day from Reykjavik. This is a really easy and less expensive way to do it. But, we have also rented a car and drove around on our own before as well. I did prefer that option because we had the freedom to go anywhere we liked and stay as long as we wanted, but rental vehicles are expensive. Either option is great though, we've enjoyed both ways!
Awasome.. Thank You for sharing your journey. I think i will do the car rental as i like to have the freedom to move when i want especially when u find a amazing spot and just want to admire it more. 🥰
Have you ever been to Iceland? What would you like to do first?
Going there in a week❤

@@salma31000 hope you have an amazing trip!

@@imageitinerary thank you so much! Appreciate it!!
Would you recommend staying in Reykjavik and day tripping? Or staying at different places along ring road if you wanted to see many different places?
