Shin is one of the best magicians of all time. His sleight of hand is as near to perfection as I’ve ever seen. He is truly amazing!

@@anttperez6773 I guess that depends on who’s watching the act, but when it comes to big stage illusions, I’d give that nod to David Copperfield. Pure sleight of hand magic, I give to Shin Lim, coin magic I give to Eric Chien. Penn and Teller definitely have their place, but I find Penn to be quite boisterous and annoying sometimes. Just my opinion. I wouldn’t be so presumptuous to think that everyone should feel the same way I do.

Playing a track from Interstellar combined with a stellar performance is brilliant.
Once again showed his best on the same stage, but with a twist!! Great to see always! Greatest slight of hand, Tactic camera, and deceptive misdirections....only one in the world can master all..that's Shin Lim!!

you know that terry and howie werent chosen on random? he knew their signatures before hand and had cards signed. if you compare the 2 signatures from terry they are not identical.
If you slow down the video by 50% you can actually see you have no idea how he did it

I saw all the moves! If you pause literally at every second, you'll see that you're JUST too late to see him freeze time and have leprechauns deliver the cards to all the places.
He continues to improve and improve his acts! That was his dream act that fooled Penn and Teller. It's not just his slight of hand, but how seamlessly he executes it. You just can't keep up.

Shen Lin is obviously the best magician in the world. The fact that he doubts this and is so humble about it all just proves it even more. The greatest are always the most humble.

A lot of know it alls try to say how there are so many other so called magicians who are better than Shin Lim, but none of them are. Shin Lim is the best magician that ever existed. It’s no wonder he won AGT twice.

If you find this message offensive then you don't understand magic and the fact that I am actually using code like Penn and Teller to signal the methods of the tricks. Very impressive, as always. I love "dream act" and would perform it if it weren't for the respect I have for letting him do it justice.

Most people don't realize that whenever a person, audience member, or judge is involved, they are in on the tricks.
They actually aren’t in this case. Shin lim did basically this exact same act on penn and tellers fool us, he used two audience members that were chosen by penn and teller themselves, and he’s specifically trying to fool them, so they wouldn’t be in on it. And those two had no idea. So definitely not how it’s done

I've always wondered why Shim Lim hasn't gone on Fool US. Could it be that his tricks can fool everyone but Penn and Teller? I don't know.
Shin Lim has fooled Penn & Teller 3x! There's an episode where Penn talks about how he gets asked so often by strangers about Shin, that he should rename the show Shin Lim.

Signatures don't match. Terry Crews signature on 2 of hearts is not the same as signature on card in his back pocket. same thing for cards in howie's cup. if the signatures were same, the trick would be impossible. this is why he controls the card selected and where the signature is written on the card. i am not as impressed as I originally thought, because Howie and Terry had to be in on it.

It's not only sleight of hand, some of the jury must be involved. I mean...let's face it...real magic doesn't exist...realizing that means there's absolutely no way he good have placed the card underneath Howie at the beginning. Also, it's impossible for Shin, even with the best and fastest sleight of hand, to get those cards inside the cup, especially because of the fact that his cup was on the jury's table all that time. So... a little bit disappointed about the fact that it's not all skill anymore but also camera tricks/cuts and/or involved members of the jury/program.
The cards were on the cup the entire time. He probably asked someone from production to drop a sanitized plastic bag with the cards inside.
The presented decks were all 10's of Spades and 2's of hearts.
The remaining act was pure skill.
