All due respect, you can just use the X button in the client frame window to shut it down, can't you (if you choose to make it visible)? That's what I have always done. (Edited) Oh nevermind. I thought client keys were something different. Thanks for the video. Hey do you have any videos on datalogging in either ME or SE?
I can make some data logging videos...nice idea. As far as a the X button to close, that can be done however, it's application dependant if you asked me plus you stand the risk of improper shutdown from an operator unless you add visibility security.
I have one showing how to display the computer name using VBA code. ua-cam.com/video/g_RYAJkaMww/v-deo.html In the end, to display the active user it is much easier. Just make a display then use the function tab & select CurrentUserName for the tag value
@@ShaneWelcher Thank you for that answer. That works. So I'm making a logoff button that shows the text "Logoff" and the current user's name under it. Any tips to do that?
@@WeldsTracker if you do not see the Client keys under the Logic and Control then it could be the version you are running. There are no client keys in Machine Edition. Only Site Edition
@@WeldsTracker Not sure, I've never had that issue. I don't believe a patch would help Maybe add ons but I wouldn't think so, I always install the server version

I'm trying to display the current user who is logged in but not sure how. Do you have a vid that covers that?
