- First run with the Jeep CJ7.
Running a Hobbywing Fusion SE with a 3D printed belt driven gearbox.
Need some work to improve the clearance a bit, it likes to hang up on it's belly. Some upgrades are already in the making!
The original model is by BlackCrow on Printables, check out his amazing works!

The hard top is a modified version of MaSt52's design:

The doors are also designed by MaSt52:

Roof rack with the back tire mount is designed by myself, still needs some improvements. - Авто та транспорт
Very Nice
Very nice video 😊
What tires do you run on your model?
Man Awsome work!!
I don’t print but my sister in law is good at it.
Have her working on some lcg compnchasiss for me.
What is 3d printed here!
Big sub and like dude!
Thank you!
It's a lot of fun to tinker with 3D printed stuff, combined with RC it's even better.
In this one almost everything is 3D printed, even the gearbox, chassis. There are some metal hardware like the gears, bearings in the differentials, driveshafts. It's a free model with great instructions on Printables.
Hi, looks damn good. Did print this thing myselfe..... How did you mount the Fusion SE? Is there room enough in there? Did you make a motormount yourselfe or is it available thru printables? Seems to run very smooth. Did you use the 1200kv or the 1800kv Quicrun?
Great video as well. Keep it up
Hey! I've used the motor mount provided by the designer on Printables (the parts labeled with G, and for the pinion pulley I used one that sits on top of a regular metal pinion gear).
It's a 1200kv one, works really well for trail riding. You have to remove the electronics tray behind the radiator, but that should be all, other than that it fits perfectly.
@@rclasz Hi, thanks for pointing me in this direction. The time I downloaded the files for the transmisson, the parts for the 540 option were not availbale ... I run one of the recommended brushless motors but this motor controller combo is very noisy at low rpms. So, the printer is busy again and I have the 1800kv motor on order. By the way you did choose a very nice color combo for your rig. Thanks again
Nice! What cam where you using?
Thanks! Made this one with my iPhone 15 pro
What motor and ESC did you Use? Any particular Brand?
It is running a Hobbywing Fusion SE ESC+Motor combo. It keeps things clean, and has nice modulation.:)
@@rclasz Thanks! It moves really nice and slow in the video that's why I asked. Do you have a link by anychance from where you get the ESC and Motor Combo?
@@ripmax333 I bought mine from Aliexpress, it takes some time to arrive, but it had the best price there (you should be able to find it on amazon and most hobby-shops online): www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005580943956.html
I have the 1200kv. But keep in mind you will need some different parts to fit it, everything you need is on the gearbox's printables page. (The stuff labeled with G)
