Beautiful! I definitely like the idea of using the tomato cage instead of the hoops/wreath forms, which I happen to have on hand as well! I’ve been wanting to make one and the time has come! Thank you for your helpful tips and tricks!🦋
Awesome! Beautiful and Unique Tree!🤗 For the first time I made a beautiful dress form tree 2 years ago. I'm showing the same tree this year. I'm just adding a few different ornaments My family and friends loved it on Facebook. I added a great Christmas song with special effects to it... It's so beautiful but I don't know how to share it on UA-cam. 🙁
Thanks so much I appreciate the view & most importantly your comment it made my day! I’m back on UA-cam after being off for yearssss formerly it was about extreme couponing but changing direction a bit trying to find my way 🙏🏽😊
@@iamSylviaOlivia Your welcome and welcome back to UA-cam! 😀 Now, I'm a subscriber of whatever you share/create next. Happy couponing, crafting and and creating!
Hi, I've done this before with chicken wire instead of the tomato cage. I think the tomato cage would be easier to work with. How did you secure the garland (especially when you first started at the top?). Beautiful job by the way!!! Love the idea of the lazy susan at the base. I start my next one tomorrow and will definitely put it on a lazy susan for ease. Thanks!!!
Hi there I’ve also heard of others using chicken wire but I also think the structured tomato cage works better. As far as securing the garland initially I honestly don’t remember but I’m sure when I decorate in a few days my memory will be refreshed. Actually it probably has something to do with the grand that’s already structured with a thick bendable metal.. Good Luck with yours and thanks for watching and commenting 😊
Thank You! The garland is made attached to bendable sturdy thin metal wire so it can be shaped to fit snug to the body of the mannequin..it can be wrapped..it’s not the free flowing garland..Once I wrapped and bent it into place it stayed.. I hope that helps. Happy Holidays😊
Hello Sylvia! I pray all is well with you and yours. The year is now 2021. I love you Video! I'm searching for an inexpensive Dressform. Would you have one for sale? If not, it's OK. Stay Blessed 🤗🙏
Hi there, thanks alot for your compliment, prayer and for stopping by! As far as an inexpensive dress form I need to get another one myself just for the mannequin Christmas tree so I can keep the 2nd one for photos.. I’m going to get mine from Amazon, I saw a few for around $60-$65 with free shipping..I think it’s called mannequin dress form. They have both black & white..Take Care and thanks Again 🙏🏽😊
@@iamSylviaOlivia Hi Sylvia. Thanks for responding to my question. 🤗 Guess what Lady? Today I was searching on eBay and I found one for $26 on bid. I took the bid up to $35 but for some reason I couldn't lock it in so I left. Then I found one to just buy for $46. I locked it in at $50 including tax and free shipping. It was the black one I was looking for and I will receive it on November 5th. I hope that I was able to give you some information to help you out. I will continue to enjoy your videos. Stay Blessed 🙏
@@angelachambers-clemenson3680 Hi Angela! 🤗. I apologize for my late response. I'm not really on UA-cam a lot for this. Thank you! 🤗 I did find an awesome black dress form online for $27.00 plus shipping and handling. It is beautiful, strong and is adjustable! Love it! Wishing you a beautiful, safe and healthy Christmas and a Happy New Year! ❤ Peace and Gratitude🙏🙏🙏
@@iamSylviaOlivia I thought everything else was good but the main thing for me was attaching the garland so when you did not show that it was a little disappointing.
It’s always interesting to me how someone points out things they are disappointed with before they point out what helped or “good” These videos take hours to make, edit etc so I’m sure UA-camrs like myself would appreciate your PROS before CONS

You didn't show specifics of how to secure the garland. It's beautiful though.

You should have showed how to attach the garland
Sorry I did that one thing wrong. Was there any thing else helpful in the video or did I miss your comment?
