Thanks for uploading. I love how Jojo and Jenna are doing their best every week. It pays off. I'm mesmerized by them. They're two women dancing but their energy and chemistry are showing in every single move.
For some reason, I'm liking the shoulder thing while looking at the camera and looking back at each other in the beginning. I think it's because it's like they're saying, "we're two women doing a sexy dance together and if you don't like it, too bad!" Then it's also like, "two women doing a sexy dance and we like it so we're doing it!" It's like an attitude kind of thing or something... and I do like it! ;)
i find it weird that they said it was too staccato though, usually jenna’s pretty on point with her choreo. maybe that’s just how it went with the song
I think it is funny that she got complimented on her leading ability and she lifted her partner 3 times, but apparently she didn't realize she was doing the boy's part. Then on Disney Hero night she plays the prince and mentions that she was finally the guy.
I’m not a trained dancer, but I don’t really see where she missed a step. I mean maybe I do? There’s one part during one of the lifts that looks maybe the slightest bit funky, but I think the dance is phenomenal and the lifts got me the first time around. I wasn’t expecting it and it was a great element they added to the performance
This was my favorite dance from them until their Rumba! Actually, they all are my favorites: the Argentine Tango, Tango from Queens week, and both the Rumba and Salsa from Janet Jackson week.
A lot of dancers like Suni have a background in dancing, but as a dancer myself ballroom is so different than contemporary or jazz like she did as a kid. I did ballet and contemporary for a long time but when I went to take a ballroom dancing class it was totally different. The dancing and technique is different and you have to get used to dancing with a partner. It sort of like a football player playing soccer, you have the athletic ability but its a totally different sport
@@elleeedman1808 like i said if the other ametures also have experience in a different type of dance i agree that its fai but if they have NO experience they do have an advantage i garuntee somebody with a backround in dance would still destroy me in a dance competition of a different style from their own. Would you enter a boxing match with a professional ufc fighter?
Do you watch the show? There are multiple celebrities on this season with dance experience(Melora, Cody, Melanie, and Amanda) just like there usually is every season. It's really unfair that Jojo gets singled out when she hasn't danced competitively in five years and Amanda literally danced professionally for as many years as Jojo's been alive.
you’re right in that she’s already trained, but only in jazz, contemporary, and musical theater. there’s an interview where she compares it to a football player doing soccer: the athletic ability is there but not the different techniques. plus amanda, melanie and suni have dance or dance adjacent backgrounds lol
I understand, but ballroom dancing is different. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her dance with a partner like this. She did solos, duets, and groups but the competitions on tv are completely different than a competition of ball room dancing. Plus, she’s lowkey at a disadvantage bc her partner is woman. She’s setting a precedent. Since a woman’s center of gravity is different, these lifts and spinning her partner will be difficult. There’s behind the scenes and you can tell they’re having trouble with the more difficult moves. Besides, she is a star. The show invited her too so she’s not breaking any rules and the competitors aren’t complaining.
i cant freaking believe they paired her with a girl! your personal life doesnt have to reflect in your dancing please! her sexual preference shouldnt match who she dances with! i mean sasha didnt dance with a guy....
jojo wanted to be with a same sex partner…she wanted to represent the lgbtq community and make history being the first same sex partners on dwts. it wasn’t a decision that she was forced to make.
Fr tho. I don’t rlly care what people do, but when you are in a movie or stuff, you can’t just say “I can’t do this bc I’m les” or “can I hv a gurl partner bc I’m a girl”
I knew nothing of Jojo before this, but I'm a fan now. I like how she dances.
I think Jo Jo is liking being the "strong" one.
It's great to bust stereotypes with Jojo being SOOO pretty too, and feminine (looking), it is great to see her take a leading position.
Thanks so much for posting this WITH the commentary!!! (ABC should be do the same)...🤨.
Again THANKS...🥰😍🤩!!!

Beautiful 💃 performance, I love 💕 the hair JoJo. Definitely a winner 🥇
Goooo Jo Jo and Jenna yall have my vote on the 💃 💃 with the 🌟
JoJo looks great with shorter hair, she’s really pretty!
i find it weird that they said it was too staccato though, usually jenna’s pretty on point with her choreo. maybe that’s just how it went with the song
yeah, I think they meant they would've preferred something with slower/smoother steps to match the mood of the song.
Do the dancers make their own choreo? I thought they worked with choreographers
I think it is funny that she got complimented on her leading ability and she lifted her partner 3 times, but apparently she didn't realize she was doing the boy's part. Then on Disney Hero night she plays the prince and mentions that she was finally the guy.
I hate that like uh…this type of dancing was originally danced with two woman the later on became the “male lead” 🙄

Favorite Argentine tango since George and Edyta!

almost cried when I saw her mom and girlfriend clapping at the end :')
this didn't age well😭
@@moxiemillion288 why did they broke up?
SHOOOOT that look at the beginning 😩
W E A K over here!!!!! 😩😩
Eights?!! Really??? They should’ve gotten tens…
That was fantastic!! Wow!
Excuse me while i pick my jaw up off the MF floor😳
Yeah I agree it was too staccato! But I really enjoyed the dance and watched it many times
They give them the crown 👑
Omg can’t believe Len and Bruno both left strictly for DWTS
Since JOJO is dancing with a woman, she has to show her masculinity sign and womanly sign
Yassss my fav dance from dancing with the stars of all time
Take this Abby lol
JoJo is slaying this
her side profile is AMAZEEE 😂
I would have given them a higher score.
BRAVO 🙌 ❤️
No chronocity with the music
Jojo siwa
Wow
Two professional dancers, doesnt seem fair to all the amateurs in this contest.

Amanda, Cody, Melora and possibly Mel C are far more experienced than her
Jojo has a unfair advantage on the other contestant she's already trained.

So is zendaya no one said anything about her 🙂
^^ I think it’s unfair that jojo has previous training but multiple other participants have also had previous training
@@breannacasey7718 agreed, as well as Heather Morris who was in Glee and background dancer for Beyonce and Alfonso Riberio who was trained in dancing

Jojo needs to let lose and be feminine again like this.
Great dancing! Just not the same with two women. It lacks the strong masculinity of the dance! But I love JOJo. She is awesome!
