That was so enjoyable. I only discovered your podcasts yesterday but am really enjoying them.
How did I ever live this long without this marvelous podcast?
Thanks for this excellent explanation of why Dorothy L Sayers quit writing Peter Wimsey mysteries. Since I love her writing style and the character of Peter as she developed him, I could wish that she had written more; but I can now understand her need to stop. I will always miss what she might have made of Peter’s future. I am not partial to the mysteries by Jill Paton Walsh; so they are not a substitute for me.
So we’ll researched and just as well presented. Thanks
Extremely informative. Thank you
Just found you ..brilliant!
Thank you for this Caroline,Sayers is my favourite authiw from this era I enjoy the quality iof her writing, she ckearky has a classical education. You say you have discussed Harriet Vane in your series but I am unable to find it. Would you kindly make it available on here please,
It's in an episode titled "Happily Ever After", which is available on all podcast apps and the podcast's website. We're gradually adding the entire back catalogue to the UA-cam channel, but it's going to take a while as there's 3+ years to convert alongside the new episodes!
It’s nice how you celebrate these women.
