This song was so good. When you have a tough marriage such as myself it rings so true. It was neat to see the reality of better times as you go backwards and reflect. Great reaction! Pride was mentioned in Why song. Also this song is platinum too.
First of all, I hope you're doing okay. Second, absolutely! The best times usually come from the memories from your past experiences with that person. Relationships are definitely hard work!

personally, i think every nf song is impactful in its own way. him writing his own music makes it ten times more honest. there hasn't been one song where i haven't related to at least some part of the lyrics. plus, somehow it can always be interpreted in various ways. i can't relate to the marriage/relationship theme in this song, but for me, time is about love in general and how it doesn't always work out the way you want to, yet being there for each other anyway. loved the reaction by the way!! so excited you're doing the whole search album

Dude, I would've loved to see NF on a Linkin Park track. I'm sure the message would've been pretty impactful too, as Chester was feeling some of the same things NF has expressed in his songs.

I think the song become much much more impactful (at least from the POV of Nate himself) because the song is very likely referring to his own relationship and struggles with his now wife. Im not sure if he confirmed that but it definitely seems applicable especially when we know NF doesnt really just put random stuff everywhere without thinking its important
This song is about his relationship with his wife (Bridgette) His wife said on IG when before the album dropped that this was her favourite song from the album.

This is actually one of my favorites of his song, not only is it relatable but I just love the whole beat, Im a sucker for break beat style drum beats, the melody is so simple and soulful and even though the rapping sections aren’t very technical they still draw me in. Its one of those songs that I listen to when I want to jam out and is a little more uplifting than his usual tracks, though I love all his other stuff also

This is a great relationship song. Its message is to not waste a good relationship by taking each other for granted and forgetting what made you love each other in the first place. It’s a hard song to listen to bc I do feel like that’s what’s happened in my marriage-hanging in there tho.
