👍 GREAT hack for a metal lid! I have been searching for a metal lid for this. Wondering if simply drilling a hole (off center) in the reverse side and placing a Butterfly Screw would work as your lid tab when it's upside-down? May be an option? That way you can have both sides with a tab on them. It'sa thought.

I did a follow up video to this as well! I was able to remove the tab and resecure it on the opposite side ! 😀😀
