This has to be the best iteration of Trypticon. Could you imagine what his boss fight would be like with modern graphics and improved controls holy hell it would be beautiful
Trypticon was forced to into Space ship form without choice Megatron forced it on to him Metroplex Death was Sacrifice Optimus argued saying he didn't have to do it but he choose to give his live to save the autobots And now in 2024 people say the Deceptions were right and no one says good about the Autobots while Deceptions take Autobots give
That’s cool and all bro but all I’m saying is that we see Decepticons taking prisoners, meanwhile Optimus and gang kill a bunch of wounded Decepticons in the first Autobot level.
From a writing pov I think that Trypticon being a focal point for the story is very interesting kinda like the approach they took with the Cybertron Adventures timeline where the whole story revolves around trypticon being activated and destroying a portion of Iacon and then the Autobots needing to figure out a way to put him down. As it stands in WFC it’s like a surprise jumpscare at the penultimate level where it’s like “oh crap we’re inside of a transformer” and it’s not really built up at all it just kinda happens. He retroactively makes the first level cooler since you didn’t know you were boarding a transformer but I wish there was more built up to it. Like maybe hints to that he was a transformer in the first level or a scientist radioing Megatron about it throughout the levels
Literally, the best we have gotten from Trypticon, in g1, he's just a big brute, and in cyberverse, he's not even a decpticon, plus this one has one of Trypticon's best designs
Omega Supreme's story would be an interesting one, considering that we don't know much about what he did before, and during the war, before he was tasked to hunt Megatron, and also after assisting Optimus in his journey to the core of Cybertron.
He also apears in Transformers prime, the First time i've seen his episode i didn't understand why he was so upset woth megatron, but after seeing what he dud to trypticon its plausible
Despite the two medie suppose to be canon that's actually a great episode to show that Prime and the cybertron games are not in fact canon to eachother despite early plans since Megatron and Trypticon aren't aware of each other in that episode
After hearing this, I have a theory that through all of those thousands of years of just being a space station due to the Autobots. This would lead to Trypticon’s violent urges. Since I believe he was didn’t always have this personality, however probably still not the most heroic
Starscreams inverted colours on the hologram was just a mistake made by the developers, he has the correct colours during majority of chapter 1, it was just the first segment that his colours were inverted. When the arial bots destroyed Trypticons Tcog or transformation lock he screams out and seemed quite upset that he had to transform so idk if it was just a part of the plan to confuse the autobots or just mismanagment on the writing team??
This really makes the autobots kinda villains to how they treated trypticon from being comatosed then awake then cannibalised then comatosed again messed up man but good game tho
First question: are Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker related by any means, like are they brothers or is it just some uniformity like in IDW? Second question: do other seeker characters exist here like Acid Storm, Nova Storm, Ion Storm, and Sun Storm?(that's a lot of storms)and if so, do they have their own designs or do they share the same chassis as Starscream? I'm not including Ramjet/Thrust/Dirge cause I consider DS characters canon. Finally, have you noticed that the start of the Cybertron games and the beginning of the end of the Cybertron games both take place in Trypticon? Kinda poetic in my opinion, anyway great video!
The three seekers are formerly Quintesson transport vessels which is why they all look the same. I would say that the other seekers (like acid storm and the such) are canon and exist somewhere, we just never get to see them. And yeah I did notice that the game both begin and end on Trypticon, but furthermore I like the irony that the games titles Cybertron both begin and end above Cybertron rather than on it.
@@TEG_Barryz Wait, so were they just normal Quintesson transport vessels given life or did the trio all look different originally before being turned into Quintesson transport vessels? And if so, does that mean the other seekers I mentioned also shared this same fate and simply just weren't there during the games, btw, if WFC campaign was 4 player, I would've had Acid Storm or Sun Storm as player 4, both of them are very underutilized in my opinion
Wait hold on wasn’t Starscream a sky commander not a mercenary and also didn’t Trypticon’s tcog get destroyed by the Arielbots which was the reason he transformed in the first place? Just asking is all
Starscream was formerly a sky commander, but after he was dishonourably discharged (probably for some greedy reason, haven’t researched it) he became a mercenary with some of his loyal seekers. And yes, they did destroy his conversion cog, I misspoke in the video, my bad.

@@TEG_Barryz Well, the prisoners the Decepticons took got shipped off to the smelting pools, anyway.
To be fair last minute role reversals are common in real life history.
@@jvbutalid8316wasn’t there even a scene where those same prisoners were put right in front of a firing squad?
@@TEG_Barryz + Autobots stealing Trypticon's life source. There are no good side in this war

I'd argue that what Megatron did to trypticon was worse than what the autobots did.

I knew the autobots took his energon but this is very sad overall
The dark energon also granted him partial control over his body in transformers prime
Hey, have some of you heard of the Energon universe/Transformers skybound comic?
Whaaaat? FOC takes place 20 years after WFC????
1:04-1:06 video error brother, a part seem missing. I think…it’s seem like it skipped for me?
its just funky editing dw about it
What happened to rise of the dark spark i remembered trypticon plays a role there too
W vid bro
Oh, nvm i found out it was in audio logs
