Put your personal touch on your drone through different paint jobs and collectible cosmetic items earned by playing the game!
By using the nodes in the powerful visual programming interface, you can set up controls for your robot. After getting the hang of it, you can dig deep into it and use Sensors to make logic for different types of automation.
Your robots will take damage if they crash, fall, or take a hammer to the face! Advanced destruction systems enable bending chassis and damage that effects robot behavior. But don’t worry, you can iterate to improve and respawn your robot as many times as you like.
Join in on the multiplayer fun to create and play with others in an open sandbox environment. Load any robot you create in singleplayer or build completely new ones under the watchful gaze of your friends.

I'm with you on that hexapod walker Scrapman, mind totally blown. When I saw how much programming there was I knew it was going to do something special, but that I was not expecting.

Well technicaly, when driving a motorcycle (or bike) past a certain speed ~15/20 kmh you push the handlebar/wheel the direction you want to go (i.e. push the right side to go right) so the front wheel turn the "opposite" direction.
This motorcycle seems pretty realistic tbo.

Wait, Scrapman struggled with no gravity? If you only saw the parts where scrapman is on the ground and the only one on screen.
@@twatbird I know his car did well but I'm just saying, that when he lifts it's a big issue, yes scrap man did not have much trouble but still it became an issue that he overcame with his build, so in a way he did struggle.
He struggled to build a car and he succeeded in making the winning vehicle in the end, I get it, you want to prove people wrong so you can boost your confidence, a lot of people do that, but get what I'm saying.
It's a building game, not a driving skill game, they did not drive the same vehicle, they struggled to make their own and scrap man happened to make a good one this time.

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this, but with the motorcycle you are correct. Although it's more muscle memory and something we do naturally, countersteering works exactly as you described, we turn opposite to the direction we want very briefly before turning where we are going. Search motorcycle countersteering here on YT and you'll get some great demonstrations.

An idea for Multiplayer Monday in trailmakers is you do a boat race but with hovercrafts like u did before the water update
Except, the only thing you can use that takes up power cores are thrusters. Any type u choose the limit.
Pretty much the only method for propulsion u can use is thrusters so u need to have the right amount of down force that way u don't fly up but also the right amount of lift so u don't just sink into the water bc thrusters don't work underwater

Counter steering is the main source of steering when you ride sports bikes. Wanna go left push your left hand up on the left handle and it drops the bike in to the left. Vise versa with the right.

the pid in the programming interface is used to balance the bike. and it takes quite some time to configurate pids to work properly
That six-legged walker is using omnidirectional input, which is super neat and a good decision for a symmetrical design

Main Assembly is for people who want to build with more logic in creations than they could from Scrap Mechanic or Trailmakers but don't want the many items and blocks for said creations

In the 1989 Batman movie, the Bat Jet(?!?) gets a nice silhouette against a full moon. This vehicle is intentional made to resemble the Bat Signal from top or bottom view. 😎
Use your flyer and strap a warehouse light (or other big light) on it then go on a rescue mission for hank by using the light as a spotlight so it can illuminate the ground so you can see at night or illuminate shrubs.
10:42 my guess, based of the speed, color scheme, and title(from what I could read) is that that hover craft is based of the FEISAR team from the WipEout videogame series

for the new scrap mechanic world, if your base starts to get laggy then make a new base far enough away so that only one is rendered at a time. Also you are a funny person and I hope you continue play scrap mechanic forever.

4:40 That' actually the way it works IRL as well. in front of every sharper turn you should turn the handlebars to the opposite side a little bit, and once it starts leaning, you take them back into their original position. That way the motorcycle can more easily lean and turn and the steering with it is always so much easier.

I got trailmakers a few days ago and it's pretty fun, but on the workshop, someone made YOU
motorcycles IRL work on gyro physics, so when moving they try to stay upright, turning the front wheel at speed makes them turn away as the motorcycle trys to stay upright, seems the physics in this game are kind good in that aspect.
seeing the saleen s7 brings back so many memories from midnight club los angeles. good street racing game, well it was at the time anyways XD.

scrap man. U should use the model rocket at the beginning for a Multiplayer Monday. The rocket controllers should try to hit the other team who drives around in cars. One person on teams of 2 should build the cars and then the other teammate should build the rocket. Plz tag me in the vid if u choose my idea.

Hey scrapman, if you are really excited for the space update you should try out kerbal space program. It's a very realistic space game and you can build your own creations like in scrap mechanic or trailmakers. Also stormworks is another game you should try :)

Hey Scrapman, the motorcycle steering is 100% accurate, in real life you're not really steering the bike into the turn, the bars are momentarily moved away from the turn to begin the lean, all in our subconscious of course.
