My goodness this is incredibly insightful!. 😭 When you spoke about pains caused elsewhere. Oh gosh. I feel that. Also currently struggling with my shoulder! 😱 I was so miserable and in never-ending pain as a teen when they tried to correct my teeth. Wow that bit way eye-opening The manual therapy part is gold. I'm that patient without diagnosis who gets the "sleep forever" bouts after therapy! And the "destabilising oneself!" Oh goodness! :'D
@@bendybodiespodcast Have and will see more! I got here when you were over at the channel of Dr.Glaucomflecken. And then this sat there for a while as I was tackling a chain of post surgery struggles XD
Never really heard of fascia before. Its very fascinating! I use a meat based diet (very low carb) to try + control my hEDS + MCAS / food allergies / celiac.
I have been on a myofacial journey since jan- I would have been in a wheelchair but now I cup myself and am trying to get my abdomen back stronger and I know it’s like I cracked my fascia back into movement- when I say I couldn’t bend my ears and now I can 🎉 it was incredibly painful and still is at times but wow thank you for the extra info❤edit I also have HEDS
Fascinating to hear about the changes in fascia they discovered/observed! Thanks for the Interview!
