I feel like Endeavor, out of all people, would be more understanding and sympathetic of the villains. Sympathetic because he knows what it's like to do horrible things and regarding them while also wanting to change. Understanding because he knows what pushes people to be villains and sometimes that the villains are just victims of their quirks and society just like his son.
For clarification, Endeavor's eyes are light blue and Aizawa's are usually black when he's not using his quirk, great vid either way!
