I've been practising blues ladders for a week or two now, and now that I'm improvising over the backing track shows the fruit of my hard labour! It's amazing and it's so much fun too, I definetly made the right choice practising blues.
Learned three blues licks, found this and played them in slight variations (improv is the soul of blues of course) and I was so amazed with my playing. Seriously this is a good back track. Love it.
E eu aqui de novo, tocando gaita e guitarra ao por do sol! Só o blues mesmo pra limpar nossa alma hahaha, maravilhoso o solo de piano e o backing track em gera

This backing track belongs to a record of 12 blues backing tracks which are all great. Everyone is talking about the amazing piano player on this record, the guitar player on other records is outstanding too. Plays some of the best solo's i've heard. My guitar teacher gave me this cd, i believe he ripped from an old cassette.
The piano has major parts you don't play to. It's the piano players time to shine in the song. The harmonica has moments, and the piano will fall into a repeating rythym
*A lot of backing tracks done and on demand: feel free to susbscribe to my free channel **ua-cam.com/users/phenixreturnsvideos* All styles: pop, acoustic rock, hard, metal, reggae etc.
I used jam to this one was a lotta fun wen piano came on I followed with hammer on's with my pick up and down fret board double picking in between luv this backing track nice find again lost it for while
Shirley you can't be serious? Crying? Over your own playing on a Blues Jam? Man-up buttercup. It's bad enough when every Blues song ever written is by some poor bastard feeling sorry for himself. Now you've gotta turn on the water works because you managed to pull off a two string finger slide that's about as original as yelling "Freebird" at a bar band? Damn son, I hope you never do that on a stage in some Southside Chicago Blues Joint. You're likely to leave with something to really cry about. You'll never hear Steven "Mojo King" Segal going all Nancy Kerrigan over his last Pentatonic scale. May the ghost of Bo Didley drop a deuce through the f-hole in your Epiphone Dot, Sugarbritches.
… Everybody listens to the Blues .... Only some people actually Hear it! ... this track shouts out the Blues so nobody can miss it .... great piece ... have shredded nuff times to it ...
I'm so glad I found this. Been using my harp. I've been using the piano solo to pretend I'm with Ray Charles or someone and they are getting their playing in before I unload my harp riffs. :)
This made re happy especially as I got my tone right for once; will use it again.I can live with the piano, trying playing in a band where the horns are for ever swamping the vibe!!
There are a few things for jam backing tracks: take advantage of ready made tracks outlines. Try it out with several friends and ask for their opinions. (I discovered about these and more on Makale Jam Plan site )
“Two of my favorite things are sitting on my front porch smoking a pipe of sweet hemp, and playing my Hohner harmonica.” - Abraham Lincoln, first Republican president, in a letter to the Hohner Harmonica Company

I wrote a lyric for this if anybody's interested. Play with it - Whiskey, beer and reefer- is all my baby has on her mind- :| - what kind of man loves a woman- That's gotta stay high....all the time ? - she came home late again this morning- I could see she been out having a good time- :| - All that whiskey beer and reefer ....- Is gonna make a good man lose his mind
this is one of my favorites,,,,,,, working the G scale patterns by themselves along with this backtrack is cool. im not even transposing, just workin the G scales,,,,,,,
Does anybody else grab these songs and lay vocals & scat over this stuff? It's wild. And I agree, that piano solo in the middle of the scales, lmao - *sit down and listen, child.*

+Christian Blomberg Ah what a beautiful moment when a man can cry tears of joy for the euphoria he gains from hearing the blessing in his fingers.

i am replying to my own comment
I love this track. I love my G harp and can actually sound like I know what I am doing with this background beat.
Jim McAllister Thanks, Adam. I love harps and and am always open to advice. Thanks for your reply.
+Jim McAllister The same happens with me hahaha
so you should be using a blues harp in C to get the flat seven. So when you blow in it's G7 and out is C.
Daaaadgum the piano on this track is LIT
Es increíble! Poder tocar sobre una pista con tanto material rico!
Excelente, o inigualable!
This is the best blues jam track on UA-cam!

Still one of my favorite jam tracks.
Love this, cause I found my soul playing it
My favorite backing track, love to play my strat with this
you could do a chord progression of 2 5 1 ..it's Am7, D7 and G7.. standard minor blues or.. 1 4 5 it's GM7, CM7, D7..
I did the same exact thing, i was jamming on harmonica then i just started playing my guitar for some pretty awesome contrasts in sound.

To coin a phrase from Dave Gilmour, I've played my guitar till my fingers were raw. Great backing track. Keep them coming. Peace and love.

All the dislikes are people who can't play the blues to this track...go practice until you FEEL the blues.
