John Ritter dying unexpectedly at age 54 crushed me. When other kids were watching Sesame Street, I was watching Three’s Company, and I even grew up to be a chef like ‘Jack’. I was at work when I found out John had passed and I almost went home early due to grief. Never thought a celebrity death would affect me so much. Next to Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton, John Ritter was the greatest physical comedian, IMHO.

He was truly one of a kind. I watched a documentary on him recently and on the day of his death, he had invited his best friends to the set of series, and some of those friends said he just randomly came up to them that day and hugged them, telling them he loved them. It was as if something in him knew that was going to be his last day. Good Lord, I can't remember the last time I cried at a show the way I cried at that one.
Also, it was nice to see Katay Sagal play Penny's mother on TBBT. I always thought that was a sweet nod to John.

He was witty and funny and he channeled all that manic energy he had into his performances that even if animated you can just imagine him bouncing around the room putting the biggest grins on everyone's faces as he performed.

Anthony Bourdain had the dream job and lifestyle millions of people long. On the surface he should have been the happiest man alive. But we never really know what an individual is feeling, thinking, or internally suffering from. As tragic as Anthony Bourdain's passing is, it's a solemn reminder that even the most successful and happy person could be constantly tormented by things we cannot see or know. RIP to a great man.

He did but I’m also not shocked. He was cool as a 🥒 but he had a very dark side and vulnerability that women would exploit. Or at mml that would just only “blink and you’ll miss it” Little breadcrumbs here and there. He had to fight those demons but if I’m going to be honest and real? Asia Argento has blood on her hands here. Vile and rotten to the core she took advantage of Anthony every chance she got including begging him for “hush money” after it came out that she (who was at the forefront of the Weinstein scandal saying he s’a’d her)meanwhile behind the bar scenes SHE sa’d a teenage boy who once played her son in a movie. The boy seeing her hypocrisy during the “me too” movement decided to come out with the evidence. What’s a girl to do?… I know, turn to your broken hearted, sensitive but extremely wealthy and connected ex (Anthony) she turn to for help as the “damsel in distress”Anthonywho she had just cheated on in public btw) and begged him for 🤫 money which he gave her. She was so toxic for him and it destroyed him.

Jason David Frank and Kirby Morrow were both so sudden and both left me absolutely devastated.
I tried my best not to let Kirby’s death ruin my day as it was the first good day I had in a very long time. But when I watched Ninjago again I remember Cole saying “Ninjago” and I just allowed all my bottled up emotions to run free. The #1 reason I lived Cole at first was because of his voice. Kirby was a tremendous voice actor and Cole will never be the same.
Jason’s death caused me to shut down. I still remember opening up Instagrams the morning of his death and Walter Jones, the original Black Ranger made a post announcing his death. And I remember my heart dropping. I rushed to his instagram page to see multiple fans begging for him to say something… but I later found out it was true… and the fact that it was by suicide made it hurt even more for me as a suicide survivor. When I announced it to my discord many of my friends were frantically checking in to make sure I was doing alright. Jason was the first celebrity death I’ve ever cried over. He was my hero. I looked up to him when I was in high school because of his positivity. At the time I had serious self esteem problems but his positive attitude helped me remain strong and hopeful even when things got very nasty.

It’s very sad and I guess as fans we have to be grateful he lived as long as he did considering the brain damage he suffered in 1992 (5 years before he died) as not only could have died from when he was pushed/punched and hit his head but also it was probably a major reason for his decision making the morning that he did commit suicide
A long with sleep deprivation, substance abuse, depression and just the events in his personal and professional life

Then Robin died, and she had to face, sometimes even the happiest SEEMING people, who "SHOULDNT" have ANY "reason" to be depressed, STILL ARE. So if a rich, joyous seeming celebrity was fighting depression, that means {GASP} regular people can die from it too, including her daughter??
