bought one 2 weeks ago. 500 miles so far and loving it. Every bike has its own personality. I find this one very satisfying and fun to ride. Plenty of power for a 300. Light weight, easy to ride. Great looks, good sound. Gets a lot of looks and comments.
@@Christopher-jv2ec but the mt-03 looks pretty terrible (mt-15 looks better than mt-03) and the honda looks quite tiny like a 150cc bike so the Benelli is more desirable. The older model looked even better. The headlight on this looks dull.
@@vencentbauer yes. Top speed is probably 90+. Nobody has any business going that fast on a 300, but it's nice to know you can if you have to. I drive sensibly and routinely get high 70s MPG. Loving the bike so far. My only niggle is the foot pegs are right in line with where I have to put my feet down (I'm 5'4" with short inseam). So, I always have to decide whether to put my feet behind or ahead of the pegs when I stop, depending on the terrain. Also, the stock headlight is ugly and sucks in light output and pattern. I put a pair of Denali S4 lights on the bike, and they solved the problem. I've yet to see an LED headlight on a bike that is any good...
Not sure why, but I absolutely love the sound of the bike, the look of the bike is a big plus and I see them for sale locally around me with low miles from about 2800$ to 3200$ think I’m gonna get one within the next two months.
"Sounds much better than that one cylinder" (???) I'd probably agree but, this Benelli actually sounds much better than most TWO cylinder bikes as well. That's because of its even firing sequenced 360 degree crank. Most 2s these days don't have that.
Was searching for an overview of this bike in English. Finally landed on your video. Really nice and simplified review. Love from India ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ And yeah the bike is just awesome ❤️
@@couplesmuddyboots Ohhh, I thought you guys over there get those bikes earlier than us here in Europe?!? Interesting, maybe because it is made in China and not in India or Thailand?!? I have no idea.
just passed 4000 miles on my 2020 and so far, no problems whatsoever. Only gripes is the LED headlight sucks. Needs aux lights if you ride at night. And, if I want to get picky, the numbers on the odometer and tripmeters are too small. Why are manufacturers so bad at designing gauges, etc.?

apparently there is a shortage of everything in my country including bikes... no kawasakis for sale at all. im interested in the ninja 400 or z400. used ones are going for MSRP or higher... like wtf! local dealership just got a bunch of these benelli bikes in. i've never heard of these before but it looks like they are crap based off the first 4 minutes of your review lol
Hmm, good question, if you have a bit more money in your account, I would go with the higher class brands. If you don't, I I guess you get what you pay for. I don't have any experience with longevity of these bikes though.
@@BenalRida thats the thing, i dont have that much available, so i have to get a used one. Sure ill send it for full check up. But its more affordable.
Hi Kevin, unfortunately I haven't been able to test ride the MT-03. I wish I could but my Yamaha dealer only has limited stock for test riding. Thanks for watching though.
Hello! The MT03 use a 270 degree uneven firing crank, which gives it higher revs and more top speed 108mph/ 188kmh, it’s is lighter and more nimble, and has little bit more of an aggressive riding position. However do keep in mind that cost nearly 3 times as more as the benelli does for the barebones model (No ABS/ basic display/etc), the benelli is more confortable and sounds much much better, and aesthetic wise is much cooler looking in my opinion. The benelli is more fuel efficient making 58mpg, and feels more solid while driving on the highway due to its slightly heavier weight. Money wise the Yamaha has better re-sale value, but the benelli has peppy personality and it’s a bike that feels like a much bigger motorcycle, not only that the sweet sweet sound of the engine will bring a smile to your face every time you accelerate, add a aftermarket pipe and you’ll never want to get rid of it. Lastly the Yamaha is slightly more reliable, but the benelli parts are cheaper. Hope it helps!.

MUCH HEAVIER than similarly-sized bikes in 300cc range. See MT-03; CB 300r, etc.

Fairly economical but its already giving me problems. Its been at the shop for the past month. I would lean more into a Yamaha

For some reason this bike costs 4700 in greece. That means it is only 300 euros cheaper than the z300 and that's the reason it didn't sell at all.
