Its so weird that after seeing tons of qotsa live performances this is the first time I've noticed Josh miss the lyrics like this. They're so good it gets easy to take It for granted. And It had to be 3s & 7s, wich is already astounding to be able to play and sing along anyway.

I love the little mistake he made in the beginning
I love how the lead singer has that like Southern twang in his voice...it just sounds cool when he sings, lol I always try to sing this in the shower and it goes horribly!

i love this band, yeah he forgot the lyrics....but i like how they all just kept rocking and playing like nothing happened, shows that there real musicians.

Thats not a common thing to hear the lyrics before you say them would throw you off even more. Ear plugs are for protecting your ears not cheating.
I don't think the guitarist for Korn likes to use earplugs. And in the Guitar Center Korn sessions the guy who interviewed them said that was the loudest performance he has ever heard in the GC Sessions. However, I don't think not wearing them is a good idea at all
