So I'm half-way through and finding that FL creates a lot of unnecessary misunderstandings with her overthinking everything. It's a bit frustrating, given that it is a slow burn type story and almost every second is her assuming something that is almost the opposite of ML's intent. I trust it will get better, but she's a bit immature for him. Edit: So I needed to make a quick edit because almost immediately pass the midway point things start to get better because they really start getting better at the communication thing. She also stops letter her brain run circles around itself and uses it to figure her way out of some of the trouble she gets into. She starts to mature as well as he starts to confide in her more and show his emotions with her.
I’m glad to read your comments and especially the edit because I was just about to throw in the towel and give up on this short drama because the FL was driving me freaking crazy and annoyed with her passive aggressive behavior… her jumping to the wrong conclusions without clarifying things.
