I love when someone playing a tier zero deck makes it to top cut and has no idea what the lines are for there deck. Then you have someone on a tier two deck that makes top cause they can skillfully pilot there deck
@@dikembemutombo6280I don't think lack of familiarity with RB is the only reason people are being harder on Mauro. Julio made a handful of extremely understandable misplays while trying to navigate a complicated board state, meanwhile Mauro played turn 1 like he'd never seen Diabellestar + Snash before, then managed to misread a card with a single effect.
@@bencrandall-malcolm8303 Yeah, I understand people want to give the RB player more slack because it's the underdog deck, but the lines he went for were not the complicated lines respecting certain hand traps. He showed this even more in the Finals where he was basically yoloing into Protos and pray there isn't a Nib or Imperm waiting for him there, while there are lines that respect those cards much more. The SEFS player also made plenty of mistakes and the attempted sharking at the end looks extremely bad. Both of this, on top of having game 3 basically decided by a double turn skip, makes this particular featured match actually painful to watch.
I know that’s not true but watching this feels like it takes no skill to pilot snake eyes fiendsmith lol you just win against other decks by brute forcing it
Mauro bout to end up on a garret video and be immortally clowned, I can get messing up combo on stream, but trynna scum with that inheritance is wild. This felt like a table 500 match
It's hard to listen to him dragging the snake player when he doesn't even know all the RB effs anyways. He was already in a tough position since nochidrago protects RB's from cards like promethian. Didn't even realize he was trying to trigger flamme Also, fuck snake eyes
Mauro will forever be known as not only the worst snake-eye player but also a rule shark baby that even after crying 20 out of the 40 minutes still lost
I faced the Snake eye guy in round 10 and he won game 1 after forgetting the effect of flamberge to reborn just cuz he opened w droll + full combo, and he took so much for made the standard combo after taking just 1 imperm, i don t like to say but he was a really bad player of snake
Had same experience at ycs vegas. Alot of people pick up the best deck because unfortunately decks that play themselves essentially can carry you. Seen alot of bad fire players
Between the massive misplays, technical issues interrupting the match, and sharking, this is verifiably one of the feature matches of all time

ritual beast player made a lot of mistakes in his topcut games as well, its just people dont play rb that often and dont notice the missplays

@bencrandall-malcolm8303 ngl they played really bad g1 and both missed lethal multiple turns that game
@@bencrandall-malcolm8303 no interuptions either 😭

Nope, if he actually had skill he would have won 40 minutes ago, so obviously it takes skill, he lost because of that after all
SE player was fucking horrendous; deck is literally P2W how he got T16 is beyond me

My boy caught an aneurysm lmaooooo
If you didn't mention and hid all the parts that indicate this is a top 8 match, you would think this was round 1.
That was one of the worst top cut games I have seen. Holy crap.
Mauro was PISSED at the end, but he played so bad.
He spent all that money on Fiendsmith to lose id be mad too
@@MaliEndz
Bro should have learned how to play the deck
@@Rain593 it plays itself lol but wasnt good enough ig
What placement do you get ?
😅 this event was an all timer 😂😂 unforgettable ill always bring up Berlin 24 when talking about this format
I was in the room, i swear everyone was shocked by how they both played, like they were just throwing

Didn't even realize he was trying to trigger flamme

Grinders reactions game 1 was hilarious when you thought it was over he kept it coming with more misplays
8:50 he would have used Apelio during damage step, so he can't get ashed
I didn't think there was a worse play than Imperm / Veiler Elder on NS against RB... ladies and gentlemen: introducing, Mourner on Winda!!
RITUAL BEASTS BEST DECK LET'S GOOOOOOOO.
Thank god the rule shark bot got cooked
Lovvvvvve my deck...feels so good 9 years later to say ....we made it
You arent going to upload the rest of the top?
How tf you have proto lock and lose
How is he banishing under shifter? Not familiar with Ritual Beast
Mauro will forever be known as not only the worst snake-eye player but also a rule shark baby that even after crying 20 out of the 40 minutes still lost
thank u ritual beast dude for not losing to the worst snake of all time
Smartest fiendsmith player
i try to watch finals to learn from better players but bro I think I became worse watching this
You go 2-3 at Locals so stfu😂😂😂
Seeing DB getting frustrated on the Snake Eyes player is hilarious LUL
These Snake eyes Feature Matches make me sad. I played the deck, too and didn’t even get to day 2.
"Shifter is a necessary evil"
This match is proof snake eye fiend is p2w holy hell was that guy bad
Everyone seems to forget that they had to restart this match. That can throw off your play
From my understanding RB already had it before the issue
The battle of throws was fucking real here eu its a bye at this point ngl
why this guy keep rocking back and forth?
idk i just be moving
mario F im dead
Apart from the fact the snake eye player was bad, still hella unlucky to lose to shifter + mulchum in game 3

YO THIS KID IS BAD ROFL
This guys who blaming for the missplays but go 2-3 at locals😂
Bro even I could top 8 EUW
Worst match of all time
This has to be the worst played top 8 match I've ever seen lol
