    Im really excited to see the future of this method! I think if it will succeed the change for better for climate and reducing suffering of hundreds of billions animals that die every year will be great, i cant wait to see more.

    • @Dustandfuzz
      @Dustandfuzz Рік тому +2

      It’s not that they die. Some are kept in deplorable conditions. How they slaughter them is pretty gruesome. I guess I’m more concerned with their life than once dead. I’d totally be all for lab grown meat for people. One thing nobody seems to think of is the pet food industry. Our pets eat much more than the animals muscle. If the meat is from the lab it will be only muscle and fat that is made. Someone will have to do better than that for pets, especially for cats who are carnivores. Besides, it would be too expensive to grow their food in a lab.

    I expect in a few decades, even animal lovers and vegans (of all types) can one day eat meat and wear leather guilt-free.
    And I assume this tech can grow any cell, so maybe we can grow any food like this one day.
    The future looks bright.

    It is so absurd that oat based "milk" is pricier than milk derived from animals (in Germany at least this is the case).

    • @samsonsoturian6013
      @samsonsoturian6013 Рік тому +2

      A dairy farmer showed the math that cows get more milk per acre than oats. Cows eat everything green and fibrous, meaning you can feed them the straw from wheat and other leftovers from crops. More efficiency = more production = lower costs.

    • @maxziebell4013
      @maxziebell4013 Рік тому +5

      @@samsonsoturian6013 That assessment of the farmer sounds pretty biased and doesn't make sense to me. Oat "milk" only has a 10-15% quantity of oat in it. There must be other factors. In Germany, it is probably also the fact that 80% of agricultural subsidies are directed at animals. Overall bias in the populous for dairy products and production volume…

    • @samsonsoturian6013
      @samsonsoturian6013 Рік тому

      @maxziebell4013 if that were true, oat milk would be cheaper. End of story

    • @maxziebell4013

      @@samsonsoturian6013 okay that is really mature. There are established markets with subsidies and long standing production channels. Overcoming them is certainly a factor in this. I appreciate your input and will follow up on it , but outright dismissal of other suggestions is not very nice nor critical.

      So why would these same people bother with eating lab grown meat if it also meant spending *paying more money* just to do so?

    I don't know about you but I think we should all spend some time to really think what we'll do this year. Amazons LPA33X is a strategy which can give sustainability and avoids bad decisions. Even if you only use that for cheaper groceries it's already better to run with it than against it

    I was sure last year would end badly for me but I think Amazons LPA33X is spot on with what they do and how they do it. Can't say for how long it's going to work and for sure it is overyhped right now but even for half a year or something it would be smart to ride the wave and then jump away eventually but the thing is why this is smart right now is because it's so cheap, won't ever find a better entry than now

    Just few days in new year Amazons LPA33X is clearly setting up the new milestone! The only real way to counter the current recession is by acting on yourself, making own decisions and making sure that you got enough no matter what happens. If you trust conventional ways you might end up being homeless or worse at one day, seriously.. This is why I believe in projects like this one which are clearly there to make a difference and it starts right now

    Best bet on Amazons LPA33X to become the most talked asset this year and it has a real chance to do good. Not just for itself but more in a general sense of good. We need things like this to stand against all the leechers taking money from us and making our living conditions worse every year. This year can be a turning point and this is exactly step number one to accomplish that. Let's go

This is so smart by them to launch it to shatter the doubts and fears of the common folk which shouldn't even exist to begin with. Everyone knows the state of inflation and recession now and the way out is already in progress. Now it's just about catching the big fish

    The issues with vegan is that the human body can easier absorb nutrients from meat then plant based food. So even if this plant has this amount of nutrients, the human body cannot extract all of it. So its easier for a person consuming meat to stay healthy, then a vegan who is only healthy on papers. Being a healthy vegans is difficult, for example lots of them dont know the human body struggle to adsorb iron from plants unless you help the body by mixing that iron plant based food with vitamin C-rich foods like citrus fruits. We need to experiment with better nutrients adsorbing food
