Another broken weapon, but no it is not, this is what rifleman should be.

aligned stock
aligned shielded barrel
perforating capacitors (for added penetration)
long scope
suppressor
No any forms of damage/crit buffs this time.

It's not that OP, commando still outperforms everything else, heavy gunners with low damage per hit against weak spots (headshots, belly, limbs, etc) still shreds like the new minigun (dont know if it's in live game now but it was on pts)
