Wow!!! If that is a Bourgeois I want one! That guitar will absolutely knock the door down! Part of it is Dan, but Jesus that guitar is killer! What a band. Dan is my Favorite Bluegrass singer going today!
I own two Bourgeois guitars, Custom Vintage D and a Country boy and they are killer, Dan owns a couple of Bourgeois but uses them mainly for recording and Dan is the Man!
I am quite certain that this is Dan's signature Martin guitar, the Dan Tyminski model. I have heard it right up close and it sounds really clean, even and powerful without that big boom on the bottom; a lot like Dan's 40's D28 Martin, but newer sounding.
Dont get me wrong, I love Martins, but D-45s are crap. WAY too gaudie and so much inlay the sound is deadened. Bourgeois is one of the best builders in the country. All of their instruments are handmade, whereas martins are not anymore. A base model Bourgeois is better than anything being made by martin today.
There is Martin, then there's everything else wanting to be a Martin!

what kind of guitar is Dan playing? It does not appear to be his Herringbone, but it sounds awesome!
Sorry, but Dana don't do guitars of that standard. It's a high-end Martin of some sort, probably a D-45
