As an Ipswich supporter, I think Bristol City have the right ingredients to be a good team, but when we made the substitutions and got to 2-2, we ripped you to pieces. The two banks of four kept their shape well in the first half, and whilst the first BC goal was a little fortunate, the second was a great goal. As an outsider, you need some stability, as there have been too many managerial changes, and pre-season, Mark Ashton said our super weapon was our stability. We were disjointed in the first half not least because your plan did work well, and when Bristol City took the lead, it wasn't against the run of play. Good luck for next season
As a town fan, who watched the game, you guy’s completely shut us down in the 1st half and I thought you played exceptionally well, especially away from home. Unfortunately, for you came up against an Ipswich side that are absolutely on fire. We also have, what I would describe as, two first teams to play out, we made five subs total that game. Considering we only just got promoted last season after four years in league one, the strength and depth of our squad is phenomenal.
As an Ipswich fan I can honestly say we rode our luck , however you create a lot of it too , and the luck they have had this season makes me think it’s just our turn
I'm an Ipswich fan. I was at the game and you really stuck to it in the first half. Shut down Omari Hutchinson, pressed hard and reduced us to tapping around at the back and just probing forward. And, in the second half, took the lead twice! You had a plan and executed it well. Unfortunately for you, you came up against a team and a manager who don't quit. Kieran McKenna didn't only make a substitution comprising four players, he changed the way we played. Once we were prepared to go long, it was game over. But I will say the effort and teamwork from City was impressive. Some of your players were absolutely gutted at the end - understandably - which shows their commitment. You should be ok.
I’ve supported Bristol city for 5 years since the age of 12 I’ve not seen city play live this season this why not wasting my money we haven’t been any better for the last few years mid table team..

Bristol didn't look like a team who were not backing their manager and should have at least got a point.
Bristol fans: you're not singing you're not singing any more.
5 seconds later: 😴 💤 🛏
Bristol deserved at least a point in this game.
Siempre Bristol city ❤

Rob dickie should of stopped that goal but he just shoots into his own net
I think the fact it was already heading towards the goal at 20 mph made it a bit tricky
No way you just blamed that on dickie 😂
ANOTHER defeat, wow Bristol City are going backwards. They need new owners and a manager with some actual skill.
We have second in the champ a run for their money, I agree we need changes behind the scenes but their are positives to take from this
