wow, this is pretty involved, excellent overview,,, I really appreciate how you flash your main points on the bottom of the screen when you are assessing, very helpful !

You need to play with the same group if you want the scoring to matter at the end. If you don't care about that and just want the experience you could play with different people, but they'd also not be caught up on the storylines.
What is going on with this game. The cards have great art then you look at the boards and tokens they’re really bland and look like they’re still prototype components? Why do that?
I know you are trying not to spoil anything, but it is really hard to learn to play when you always start with "you might do this". Really hard for me to see the flow of the game, I just know about all these odd possibilities but no flow to your instructions.

Great review Dan. Decided to preorder it!
Cool! Will you be at Gencon? Is this the Robert I played Ex Libris with a few years ago?

Do you have to play it with the exact same group every time, or can you play campaign 1 and 2 with group A and campaign 3 with group B etc?

Great review!!!
What is the optimum player count?
4 or 5 to make the negotiations interesting
Feels a little dry.

They went with a clean and functional look which is necessary in a legacy game where you’re placing stickers and things into the board as games go on.
