I'm gonna feel slightly bad. Selena was absolutely correct. Kayla showed what happens when you wait. At least have a plan. I don't think given by what the show was showing that they had one. Selena didn't mean any harm but obviously Tina insecurities kicked in.

Selena was right about the education thing. That's why Sunjai wasn't lurkin around the studio after graduation. She was only trying to help. Parents who don't help elevate their children's education are helping their children fail in the long term. Dancing is cool but education should be key.

I have a question about this whole college tour argument Tina and Selena were having. Are you required to do a tour of the schools you want to apply to to get in? Like is it part of the admission process?
@nessagirl1911 No it is not a requirement. Most people visit colleges to explore their options and see if that college is for them. Personally, I only visited one college (of course, because of Covid I was limited). That particular college, I didn't really show any interest in though. However, I did learn more about the college. It all just boils down to preference at the end of the day.

I think the argument was more about Kayla being interested in going to college in general. I think that what Selena was trying to tell Tina was that Kayla needed to be more interested in going to college and seeing what options she had instead of postponing it.

Rittany just took Crystianna to practice and doll events but don’t be fooled by lifetime. Her mom and dad were always in the crowd before her dad died.

Instead of encouraging her for taking a step that was new for her, Selena jumps in and tells her that she should have done it sooner. That's not resourceful. How are you going to go back to the past to redo it? You can't. So Selena should have said: "That's wonderful! Good for you getting that done for your daughter! Let me know if you need help. Time might be short right now.

I understand, Tina’s defensefulness. I understand we focus on being judged. Our insecurities come out with certain subjects. Hard not to react from our insecurities. Whether we as mothers are actually being judged or not behind comments from others, we need to just take it with respect or calmness. Understand, you are doing your best. Many of us were not brought up right. Many things are going to be harder. So be gentle and take advice more calmly. At the end of the day, you are being the best parent that you can be. Hopefully, our girls, take what they learned from our mistakes and better their parenting skills when they have their own kids. Every generation becomes better than the last. Just wish for that.

They were rehearsing right before time to walk out and the girl kept making mistakes. It was a consistent issue over the seasons but by the time Sanjay graduated she finally got it together
