The man didn’t fling himself into the ditch, scraping, bowing & begging for forgiveness for just existing (on his own street in his own neighborhood) when a cop drives by with his giant ego, deep sense of inner defectiveness, & tiny wang. Dude should’ve known-that’s obviously gonna be immediate charges.
