Beatgrid and line up the 'wah' sound to get your BPMs the same not the Drums with Reggae music thats if you don't want to Drop/Chop Mix it in like here.

It's impossible to beat mix everything. Timing is everything however.
Don't match the beat because it's a human on the drums not a robot.
Wait till the end of a cycle, where the song changes, then put an echo on it and slap the next record in at the start of chorus or build up, make sure it doesn't sound like a jarring change when the next song comes in.
It should just blend in. The key is knowing the songs. Now it's easy with cue points to give you a hint. All my cue points are in the old brain hard drive.
I'd watch one of Jazzy Jeffs live streams to see how he does it. Just copy Jazzy Jeff, he's the expert.
All that type of Disco was about your playlist,you had to know, I never scratch when I play disco music 01 I did play disco , what. Your doing is chopping up not mixing like when I would drop it on the 1 . Most have a 4 count or intro . I use vinyl I would need three turntables I can do it with you sometimes I'll make the intro longer because some disco song for yes start at the 4 1 2 3 4 and they start singing that was annoying so I will change it make a longer intro then I will play around first of all you need two copies of everything so you could do that you don't need to play all the ugly parts of the song I will play the intro then the break then I'm out of there next song same thing.sometimes I would Chop it up like one song talking to the next song . It was easy to mix songs in many ways depends I use my Turntables and I use My CDJs witch it's just to easy . The mixer never changed using CDs vinyl records the mixers now have more tool as to play with besides that either use the very old mixer and still sound the same
I find mixing reggae this way works best too.

It would be better if the bpm were approximately the same.
An alternative is to overlap tracks just for 1 or 2 beat. It can creat very nice transition

If I was at a party an the DJ was slamming each record in I would leave 🤣😂😅 wouldn't it be easier to set a either two or four count loop and then blend the other song in Elise make some effort of DJing instead of being lazy

@@sv9750 nothing.... it’s about buying it and not just taking it which I know is now killing the creation of music. Many friends who make music are fed up of leachers who never purchase and are not helping the creators to recoup there hard work.
