This is what happens when you play BBTAG Naoto Kurogane and revert back to BBCF Naoto Kurogane. This is a new series I am starting called 'Memang Top Tier' which basically means "Have always been top tier" in English. Where I go brainless strat and rely on instincts and autopilots. Just for fun.

My boyfriend main Naoto since Day 1 and played him on controller. A month passed by and got himself a fight stick just to play him. After 2-3 months of non stop training mode he finally took him online. I have to say watching him from the beginning till now I have great respect for Naoto players and understand their struggles. I wish all the Naoto's the best! Also I got frustrated watching this no lie 😂

so you see NAOTO KUROGANE is actually the true bloodedge BUT in RAGNA's World, he was DEAD because he was fighting against ALUCARD. This NAOTO KUROGANE though is from another universe AND timeline since he knew younger HAZAMA and RELIUS. SAYA TERUMI is his imouto. Implying that He is RAGNA's UNCLE

can you control the height to whiff the enhanced Shoryuken (i dont know the term xD)? i always seem to stick to the opponent and rarely whiff it, even when timing it :/

What makes Naoto different from Ragna? This is coming from a guy who's never played the game.
Its hard to explain but here goes, Naoto in terms of playstyle is very straightforward and have shares some similar movesets with Ragna. Having Great Reversals, strong pressure, agility and damage. However, Naoto's BnB combos requires dash cancels and buffers for him to do optimal damage which takes a lot of time to get used to. Unlike Ragna, Naoto have no Overhead Special like Gauntlet Hades and have a hard time going in due to the lack of range attacks outside of his Drive. Unlike Ragna's Dark motif named movesets, Naoto's is somehow Divine motif named. For Example, Ragna's Inferno Divider is Inferno Crusader for Naoto. However, Naoto's gimmick is that he have the 'Enhancer' where his movesets are enhanced whenever he is dashing. Changing it's behavior, range, speed etc. Due to this his combos are somewhat very reliant in Microdashing and dash cancelling.
In terms of lore and story, Naoto is heavily implied to be Ragna's Uncle. Since his biological sister is Saya Terumi herself. However, the Naoto we know is from another timeline and another world of BlazBlue. The Naoto that exist in Ragna's world is dead since the dood straight up fought against Rachel's Dad, Alucard and died. This is based on what I dug up from Wiki though. So dont expect it to be 100% accurate. I may be wrong.

Cause he is. For me It physically hurts to play him and execute his combos, it literally hurts the tendons in my hand to play multiple matches in a row with him.
The dude is fucking hard, consistently doing ff right after other inputs within like .3 seconds is bonkers.
