It's minimal per month to go with 15K miles per year. Not sure why anyone would go with 10K miles per year on a Tesla lease. The car is made to be driven. Tesla makes going with the 12K or 15K miles very affordable. I am glad I leased my last Model 3 and current one, with how much these cars depreciate.

What does the vehicle value = $25,700 mean? Here are the asking prices for similar used vehicles on today's market:
    1) Hertz - $30,367 with 49,598 miles, 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range, TX
    2) Tesla - $33,000 with 33,742 mile, 2021 Tesla Model Y Long Range, TX

Buying from Tesla it will be overpriced. Selling your car to them it will be underpriced. Huge rip offs.

Why can't Tesla just let people buy out their lease?

I guess Tesla can make a profit on out of lease vehicle, sell to non-Tesla owner who can only afford a certified pre-owned Tesla.
The people who already leased would then likely to buy/lease a new Tesla.
