It didn't. Fix it sadly. I'm going to try and activate the inverter manually then most functions will work. I'll add a shunt meter and we should be Basically the same as it was ment to be. Seems a waste to diss assemble it
Thank you for this video. I have the same station but with EU plugs. Now I know why it whines as a demon when the invertor gets hot. Those 2 small fans on a piece of sheet metal are resonating at full blow.
A couple of questions: Do you know the models of those fans-small and larger ones? Or maybe their working voltage, control type (PWM or DC), and dimensions? I want to replace them with something quieter, but I don't want to lose my warranty if I can't find the replacement part.
Hiya, Have you looked up the BMS manufacturer or is it Allpowers own I would expect it to be a generic brand, so it may be worth looking for firmware there. Thanks
So I've contacted them them and they have said it's a com issue between the bms and mppt and inverter/charger. So I'm going to say it's the meter end rather than the other 3
The have sent me a chip to replace that manages the state of charge meter. I've got to take it to my mate to solder it into the board (above my soldering skills) will know soon. The rest looks well built. It charges via mppt and 240 still atm
Hi, so did the IC chip they sent you fix the issue? Would really love to know.

Your multimeter looks like a gun from Star Trek... "set phasers to stun" 😂😂😂
Haha it's actually a helpfull shape

I hope you get this thing working or replaced.
I made a board repair but seems I was sent the wrong ic. Will make an update video

Did you get it resolved ? Considering this unit.

Their customer service via Facebook was amazing
Did you get the thing working again ?
do these support usb c input?
No would take a week to charge it
@@Oneupthesleevecustoms maybe one was t thinking about charging it fully but merely a top-up
