One thing you forgot to mention is Umar Ibne Abdul Aziz stopped the Bidaat of Banu Umaiyah of Cursing Ali Ibne Abi Talib (RA) on the Mimber. For 60+ years Banu Umaiyah cursed Ali (AS) and nobody had a guts but him to stop it permanently. Thats why he is considered the first Muzaddid from both Sunni and Shia faith.
