This room could be classified as an ambulatory accessible cabin on the Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam ship, as it has more room to walk around in, no couch, a shower with grab bars, and a shower seat.
Note: You usually won't be able to get an ambulatory-accessible cabin. We got this cabin as we upgraded last minute, and this room was available a week before departure.
