The current Global economic system is outdated and primarily based on business models, with GDP contributions centered around Purchasing Power Parity (PPP). This employer-employee model essentially resembles a slave system. People develop skills and chase purchasing power, perpetuating this cycle.
In India today, educational institutions and colleges are ubiquitous, meaning all necessary human skills are readily available. There is no need for anyone to leave their place or chase purchasing power for education, work, or healthcare. Pursuing purchasing power is the root cause of problems such as unemployment, poverty, hunger, anger, hatred, betrayal, crime, corruption, and terrorism. Purchasing power bhi humans to a primal state, filling them with desire, greed, anger, and arrogance.
Business models are based on Purchasing Power Parity. People, whether rich or poor, become slaves to money, engaging in activities such as working for wages, salaries, compensation, and remuneration (royalties, brokerage, commissions, dividends, bonuses, etc.), as well as seeking profit, revenue, and income. They also become slaves to the tax system, which controls economic conditions through business models that foster competition and discrimination.
The economic system must shift to an economic model based on GDP Per Capita. This model is driven by the Earth's resources, operating on the principles of need and value systems, ethics, governance, and mutual interdependence, supported by R&D and service to others. The key pillars of this economic model include production, consumption, involvement, and management. In India, there is potential for unlimited cooperative development of unlimited commodities through Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), creating a single industry trade channel for all.
Development should happen per capita in every region. Development is analogous to the optimal functioning of any running thing like a car. Just as a car needs all its parts to function correctly for efficient operation, societies thrive when all human capabilities are recognized, developed, and utilized to their fullest potential. Each skill contributes uniquely, much like each component contributes to the functionality of a car. When human skills are integrated harmoniously, they create a powerful engine for societal progress, driving innovation, productivity, and sustainable growth. Therefore, true development arises not merely from individual skills alone but from their collective and synergistic integration.
