This band is really great. You can hear strong influences from surf rock and early punk and new wave bands in their music. I really feel like people only hate on them simply because of Billie being the drummer's son (as if it's something he can help). Seriously, how would you feel if people constantly talked shit about your band and your dad just because you're related to him. Also, how does this sound even remotely like 5SoS?? Man, young musicians who actually deserve attention just get lumped in with 1D and all the other no talents and it really sucks. I hope Emily's Army continues to mature, and I can't wait to see even more from them.
The radio station I listen to plays a mix of old and new like when there isn't something going on on the radio they play old and new and the old music is from the 90's or 00's I LOVE IT but the do play a lot of shitty new music although all of it isn't that bad

Chris the accent is used in punk music they are a punk band and basically to make the punk accent you sort of have to sound all nasally and congested. Saw that description awhile back while researching punk music

I wish they’d play them more now. Like this one, “high waisted shorts”, “broadcast this”, “the rescuers”, & “u bit me”, etc. they’re pretty charming & awesome.
