Please sir tell me why we should apply 2's compliment in case ~ operator
Hello Siva.
Plz contact our online team durgasoftonlinetraining@gmail.com or call us on this number +918885252627, 7207212427/28
since the sign bit (1st bit) is 1 the remaining 31bits will be represented in 2's compliment..
Looking for more SCJP videos

public static void main(String args[]) {
System.out.println(4 & 5);
System.out.println(4 | 5);
System.out.println(4 ^ 5);
System.out.println( ~ 99);

couldn't understand a bit with that horrible accent.
Where r you from
English accent of anyone depends on his or her native accent. This presenter is surely an Indian, I am a Sri Lankan and I too find it difficult to understand his accent, but it isn't impossible if you know the basics of subject. If the presenter was Japanese or Chinese or Korean then surely the accent will be different, but yet we will find it difficult to understand. Its not nice to use word 'horrible' on a very good presentation. He seems a very good teacher and presenter attracting his audience. It is obvious that you are not within his target group, so could have gone elsewhere (3 years ago )
