Thank you akka, i know about menstrual cup from 5 years but i leave that because i afraid to use. But after seeing your first video i got confident to use cup i after that i ordered carmesi small cup.i am 21 years old for the first try i really nervesed but i don't gave up i tried several time to practice first time its hurt me little but after practicing it so easy to inset and remove.
But 1 problem for me is that small cup is not working correctly for me because i have heavy bleeding in first 3 days so this small cup starts leaking every 2 hours of insertion.
And another problem is everyone have different cervix length high, medium and low mine is medium that is about 5 cm may be but carmesi not mentioned cup lenghts and how we know that the cup fits us or not. Please sister do video on this and thank you

A small information i would like to share on my personal opinion.. tip na cut madoke hogbedi. Yak andre navu insert madidmele swalpa deep hoguthe so remove madvaga panic agbiduthe sometimes so adke useful aagli anta ne istu long kotidare. Idhe anno feel agalla so not to worry abt its length. In ond information yen andre, depends on age anta e menstrual cup tagobedi. Im married nangu magu idhe. Sanna ne idini. Im using medium size cup. Nange first 3 days swalpa bleeding jaasti ne aguthe amele normal aguthe. So teenage avrge small atwa madve adavrge large anta yen ela.. size almost yella same iruthe. Capacity’s differ aguthe aste. Simple aagi helodu aadre, bleeding normal kinta jaasti aguthe annovru like first 3 days daily 4-5 pad use madtidri annovru better large cup use maadi. Sanna irorge bleeding kammi iruthe so small cup use maadi.. school maklige idu kasta aguthe so beda. College girls thumba sanna idera annovru bleeding swalpa kammi compared to normal ppl annovru small cup use maadi. Usually yellargu medium cup sakaguthe bcoz nam body li changes agtha iruthe alwa.. thumba dappa idera, above 35-40 age adavrge bleeding swalpa jaasti ne iruthe antavrge, some ppl around 25+ age avru thumba dappa irtera bleeding jaasti aguthe like batte li aago astu aguthe anno tara iroru maatra large cup use maadi.
