Actually, in all due respect, he is a Christian. I realize Jews call all non Jews Gentiles, but in actual fact he is a Catholic. I was once referred to as a Gentile and I resented being labelled that. I am Catholic, Christian and those I have known and knew me, referred to me a Christian. To refer to someone as Gentile means they are non-denominational .... and Christians are not.

Mr. Voight is one of the VERY few actors in holloywood WORTHY of the respect he gets from all of us...and one of the only actors I know of that is capable of living his OWN life- without a script to guide him.. which is why the lives of all the others there fall apart and they end up in drugs, legal issues, etc.. they require a script to "be anything worthy"...
