    Such great knowledge ! seemingly been wasted on a visually disinterested audience - Hence the ongoing problem for change in education

    I didn't watch the whole speech yet, but in his TED- talk he said that people don't want the school because it's free. In our country they opened a Lumiar school that sticks to Semlers beliefs. I'd love to put my daughter there, but since they charge almost $ 15.000 (converted from €) a year per kid, I can't afford it, since I'm a student. :( It's an absolute shame.

      It’s true, unfortunately Semler has been tricked by the system to do this ! So the School for life, by A.De Botton is the answer!

      thats the problem with the sheep of the world - they are all following each other in the old antiquated systems

    Very fitting that the first question the interviewer asks Semler is "Do you fear that your program wont be accepted in the bureaucratic landscape of modern governments and institutions?" She wastes no time in getting straight to the problem in why these types of movements don't work.
