Say It Right Lyrics Nelly Furtado-
[Intro: Timbaland]
Frk-frk-down
Hey
You don't mean nothin' at all to me
Hey, hey
[Verse 1: Nelly Furtado]
In the day, in the night
Say it right, say it all
You either got it, or you don't
You either stand, or you fall
When your will is broken
When it slips from your hand
When there's no time for jokin'
There's a hole in the plan
[Chorus: Nelly Furtado & (Timbaland)]
Oh, you don't mean nothing at all to me (Hey, oh, oh, hey)
No, you don't mean nothing at all to me (Hey, oh, oh, hey)
But you got what it takes to set me free (Hey, oh, oh, hey)
Oh, you could mean everything to me (Hey, oh, oh, hey)
[Verse 2: Nelly Furtado]
I can't say (Say) that I'm not (Not)
Lost (Lost) and at fault (Fault)
I can't say (Say) that I don't (Don't)
Love the light (Love) and the dark
I can't say that I don't (Don't)
Know that I am alive
And all of what I feel (Feel)
I could show (Show you) you tonight, you tonight
[Chorus: Nelly Furtado & (Timbaland)]
Oh, you don't mean nothing at all to me (Hey, oh, oh, hey)
No, you don't mean nothing at all to me (Hey, oh, oh, hey)
But you got what it takes to set me free (Hey, oh, oh, hey)
Oh, you could mean everything to me (Hey, oh, oh, hey)
[Verse 3: Nelly Furtado]
From my hands I could give you
Something that I made
From my mouth, I could sing you another brick that I laid
From my body (From my body), I could show you (I could show you)
A place (A place) God knows (That only God knows)
You should know the space is holy (Ah-ah-ah-ah)
Do you really wanna go?
(Three, four)
[Outro: Timbaland]
Hey, hey, hey
You don't mean nothin' at all to me
Hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
You don't mean nothin' at all to me
Hey, hey - Розваги

Haha

Ok 😫🤫
For real HAHAHHAAHAHA tf
This song has been out for like 12 years 😂
This song give me a special feeling i can’t explain 💔
SAMEEE
Ya the music is magical
YES
Exactly i don’t even have a memory connecting with this song
Totally!
There's something about this song that makes me teary. You know when a song makes you nostalgic not necessarily for the lyrics or the song itself but because you reconnect it to a memory or a time? That's the feeling.
This song is so iconic and such a statement for those years that I immediately reconnect it to my childhood, I listen to this song and the image of 9 years old me dancing with my sister in front of MTV on saturday mornings flashes in my mind, it takes me back to a time that feels so distant and so different from today but still so "mine", nostalgia at its best.
If "core memory" was a song it would be this one.
Ik exactly what u mean
I have a lot of songs give me that strange nostalgic feeling
you described my feelings!
I think the melody as well is very nostalgic.

One of the biggest hits of 2006... Nelly frutado was on fire that summer 🔥🔥🔥 idk how anyone could not remember this song.... They have recently been playing it again on the radio! One of a kind song! A masterpiece!!!!!

This song is actually very interesting. It has a mixture of desiring someone but also being aloof to them. Kind of unique.
For me, it represents my 7 year torturous relationship with a covert narcissist.
I hate him, but can't leave him...
If he wasn't a narc, he could've meant everything, to me.
@@suzanne4396I hate when people call others narcissists. It's as if you yourself don't have any psychological issues. Norm does not equal the best.

I love listening to songs that are calm af, and you are in a car just driving in a lonely highway of sorts. It’s night and all you can do is stare out the window with your cheek pressed against it feeling the cold waiting to sleep.

Mid to late 2000's music was the best. We were spoiled. This song is timeless.
2007,2008 - i miss those days. back when nelly furtado's and timbaland's songs is everywhere in the radio. how time flies..
It’s literally everywhere on instagram and tik tok right now. Yeah time flies and things change but sometimes when songs are this good they make comebacks

Im 25 years old, im from Brazil and i used to listen this song on the radio when i was a child. I think I was 14 or 15 or so. Would listen to this nonstop on my iPod 😅 2007 was a good summer.
When you're younger you enjoy the song for the flow, but when you get older it hits differently. True gem for me glad I revisited :)
Kids don’t really pay attention to the words. Especially because it’s hard to understand the rhymes and syllables and all of that.
Never really fully realised how important it is to leave people who are toxic, be it friends or lovers. Like, it was always a known fact that all people with experience keep repeating over and over, to “leave them”, yet I kept thinking that it was more complicated than that, so I stayed “a bit longer” with people to see if it gets better because I really didn’t want to lose those few wholesome moments we had in between the toxic ones. I believed it was worth it, but once I was close to reaching my limit it became apparent that it really wasn’t. And then, only then, did I fully understand the advice “just leave”. And I do it in a heartbeat now too, be it good or just a tad too paranoid. I sure don’t want to experience that again, and only wish that I’d left earlier. Don’t be me guys, leave. ✌️
Don’t know why you’re even sharing because other people will continue to do whatever they want to. It is not ever ok to stay with a toxic person but that’s also not the fault of the victim. And leaving someone in a heartbeat is not something easy to do nor do people want to be forced to their limits with a toxic person. Goodbye then glad that’s working for you! But I don’t agree completely with this belief. It’s just sort of insensitive to people who have dealt with toxic individuals who did not take responsibility for their actions. I’m glad your life philosophy is working for you, but it’s not always that easy for others to accept these things and it’s not happy go lucky
How
I want to go far away.
I remember this song back then but never understood until now. Very powerful!

Good news and bad news guys: I found my dsi, bad is that the ssd card was lost so all those depressing photos I took are a lost relic. However, I did find a few selfies I took when I was ten and a recording of my mom yelling at me years ago for losing my lunchbox for the fourth time in a row❤️

For all the people that are in toxic relationships and it’s hard to stay with that person just know everything will work out if it’s meant to, life will show you if it’s not meant to be
you don't have to stay in a toxic place
Sometimes it becomes hard , you want to break free but simply can't seem to get the strength to do so
You're absolutely right, I was in a toxic relationship for 15yrs I thought I was happy until one day he walked away without a word leaving my soul & heart in broken pieces, but one day I decided to "Wake up & move on, then I picked all the broken pieces & with them decided to build a new heart stronger than ever & unable to be broken again. I got married again & today I can say that he walking without a word was the best thing he ever did because he set me free to find the real love.
I’m sad that I discovered this song through tiktok and not 11 years ago..

Remember that you don’t attract what you want, you attract who you are. So focus on love. Focus on happiness. Focus on feeling fulfilled and like you already have everything you’ve ever wanted. Focus on gratitude. You are a powerful source of energy. When you do this, you will get what you want because you are in alignment and focusing on all you have instead of a lack. Just know you have everything you have ever wanted. It’s already yours . Be joyful! Sending loving energy to you all. ❤️

You're still baddies and you don't need anyone to validate that feeling! You are unique and there will never be another you! Look yourself in the mirror everyday and tell yourself how beautiful and lovable and worthwhile you are. And that confidence will come back 😁You can tell your brain how to think by repetition and the words you tell yourself are real to your brain! Be it's boss! Don't let others control your brain because life is so precious, and you are too precious to waste your life. Be happy and Fuck what everyone else thinks! Hold your head up high, look them in the eye and let them know who they fuckin with! In a good way lol. Let em know!
