It is the stats called additional cold damage on hit %, as long you have this you will freeze enemy with stacking of Lightning Energy, Lightning energy increase status effect chance.

@@usuallydidntlikethis yes characters must be in the same mode.
I use I use frost strike. Weak armor makes it easy to die with boss chaos so I should swallow more orb dodge or armor

How does the DPS compare to a hybrid lightning arrow + activated on hit skills?
This set up alone is around 2billiion single target dps, skill and rune isnt max out yet still around lvl 30

@@TLPDao The flat damage traits that decrease 5% of a certain elemental resist?
@@ForFrackSake that is fine, you need the damsge to progress. The resist doesnt come into play until you at lvl 160 monsters
