I’m 6’1 and I’ve got longer legs and a shorter torso and my favourite thing to do is get men’s vintage jeans and get them altered to my hip measurements. They’ve got this baggy, effortless look to them, it’s really cool.

Unless you are Guinness book of world records tall (or short), there will always be people taller or shorter than you, but they are still tall.

And also they should make sections for jeans for example: tall people, and then subsections low waisted/highwaisted, flared/baggy/bootcut etc then short people then inbetween oml that would make life alot easier

I’m 5’10 up until about 2 weeks ago my average pair of jeans ended at my ankle. Recently go some men’s Levi’s and oh my god, I’m never going back, pants that end past my ankle and the pockets are amazing, don’t think I’ll be buying women’s pants for awhile unless for dressing up
As a tall girl I shop at Maurices for jeans... And lemme tell you.... If you have a Maurices near you, you need to RUN and get you some of their jeans. Such good quality, great feeling, so much variety and size
YES, I agree with this 100%. I’m 6’2 and all my life I’ve only been able to get tall/long jeans there that kinda work. Sometimes they’re a bit too short but my most recent buy they’ve been perfect height

Now I respect the crumply thingy and appreciate my short self. Food cost is lower and chances of rain hitting me in a crowd is lower and now I can add my jeans crumple at the bottom. Awww. I'm finding cuteness in being short.
I agree! :D Last year I bought a bunch of H&M jeans on sale and I absolutely adore them all. I do recommend trying them on before committing tho. I got all of mine the same size (I’m 5’8 and wear a size 14) but as mentioned in the video they all fit differently (some didn’t fit at all 😭). As far as quality and price are concerned I have no complaints :))
Both jeans have different fit coz THEY ARE DIFFERENT 1. First one was Wide leg/ Straight fit/ Baggy jeans 2. Second one is Mom jeans/ Boyfriend fit jeans And both respectively look absolutely perfect on you ❤️
@@QTpatootie95 oh honey, you need to learn your jeans cuts - mom jeans are also called carrot leg, because of the cut of the leg, pretty wide thigh and getting tighter at the ankle, and they should have higher rise. Wide leg/ baggy are rather straight leg which means they should be the same width in the tigh and in the ankle, they can also get a bit wider at the ankle.
I have short legs compared to my torso and I'm tallish so my holy grail is finding high waisted pants that actually come up to my waist instead of my hips💀 sizing up like 6 sizes and then tailoring in the waist is what I end up doing a lot, that or just wear a ton of midi skirts

These websites show you the specific measurements so you know if it'll work for you. You can easily return things if it doesnt work for you. You've clearly lived an extremely privileged and closed off life if you believe this is soo hard.

I feel like tall people have a harder time actually finding or altering jeans to fit them rather than shorter people. Especially if the jeans are too long on someone who's short, the pants can always be altered/hemmed to the correct length.. while with jeans that are too short.. well you can’t really add more jean.
I'm 6'4 so I usually just get men's pants and alter them a bit, but I also don't mind wearing pants that go only to 3/4 or mid shin because I love wearing funky socks.
Old Navy & Gap have long, short and standard length jeans. Most of the tall are online only but you may get lucky going into store, depending on the volume.
I have been wearing NYDJ brand jeans forever because they go up to a 36-38” inseam and are incredibly comfortable. My brother even started getting their jeans because he could get the right inseam.
I found 'Silver' jeans are great. They even come in different lengths for girls and i found they're usually true to size you can find em online for approx $60-100 CAD
Find a tailor, they'll make the best clothes for you, do a test piece and then when they have your shape down pat grab a custom wardrobe from them. Life is better when pants fit.
