Tanning will give you skin cancer. Skin cancer is no joke. A friend of mine just turned 33. She no longer has her nose because of skin cancer. Maybe don't go tanning👍

If you’re going to tan in a tanning bed make the most of it by showering first. You want exfoliate so the tan stays longer

I would go in for an hour to exercise, because being in a van all day is hard on your body
I just use the black card benefits and use the hydro massage bed and the totally body enhancement which is nice. I even ran because it’s relaxing.
Don't forget that in the summer you can shower for $3 at state parks.
In our state at least in the state park 5 miles from my house it's 1 dollar. My pipes froze this winter I used it.
