What can we learn from biblical passages about the plagues in Egypt? Pharaoh was the leader of a nation, and his rebellion against God had far-reaching consequences for many people. But sin still destroys today, whether on a large scale or a smaller one.
In this message, Dr. Stanley explores the Egyptian leader’s disobedience, and discusses the importance of identifying weakness and pursuing genuine repentance, as individuals and as a nation. Choosing what honors God will bring change, forgiveness, and restoration.

This is what we need more and more. Preachers have long forgotten to preach like this. Wonderful sermon.
This Pastor went all the way to show us what God wants us to do as Christians,to not just accept His forgives,but live the life that a child of God needs to do.We are new creatures after Salvation and until we realize that God is not pleased with us there are consequences that are not pleasing us.I don’t hear other Preachers teaching this truth like Dr. Stanley;to preach half of the truth is not enough,he preaches all of the truth of God,because that truth will set us free.
I remember when Dr. Billy Graham decided to preach Salvation in a revolutionary way uncompromising and changed the World.This Pastor is preaching life in Christ in that same revolutionary way ALL the truth in order to please GOD and avoid His Wrath.Holy Spirit open our eyes and ears to hear what this Pastor is telling us.

Why didn't he stop that? For one? If he had stopped it you never would've known it was gonna happen. Second? How often do acknowledge God when does intervene. Were living in a world that wants to take all the credit for the good things that happen? But then turn around and blame God when things go wrong. When it reality? Most of the chaos in the world is a result of our selfish choices

Amen, Thank you God for the wise words of Dr. Stanley. There needs to be an awakening and revival of awareness in this country. Let those who represent us see the light of the Lord and that the direction we are traveling is not the right direction. Put upon the minds of your children the urgent awareness of where we are headed and as you said in your word, where two or three are gathered together in my name, I am with you. Let there be two or three million gathered together in your name praying for your intervention in the direction we are traveling. We praise God for his promise to listen and respect our prayers. Many scripture passages we have reread many times but Dr Stanley in all of God's wisdom so aptly connects relates and interprets thus giving a whole new insight ... It has been on my mind as a recent born again Christian, that if we are going to keep disobeying God the what suffering will come soon the western Nations.
I’m this morning I began praying this same prayer for people to wake up to christ and come to God.
As person who has come out of the occult I can truely feel the people who are in the wrong direction, some are really actually craving God in there life. They just need to be shown the way!
