CW Operating QRP w/4 Watts

Just a simple demonstration that you can operate low power with little problem. Actually, the station I was talking to had a lot of static (QRN) but I was able to copy him okay. I was using a IC-7200 with a Hustler 6BTV Vertical with 50 ground radials.
